Synopsis:
   raw <#> [<args>]

Description:
   Used to send raw commands to the server. See napster.txt for a complete
   list of numerics which can be used. Also the README from opennap has
   several extensions to the napster protocol.

Examples:
   To join the channel Alternative:
       /raw 400 Alternative
