Synopsis:
   ban <nick|ip> [reason]

Description:
   Ban an abusive user based on there nick or there ip address. The ip
   address can be a subnet. When banning a subnet a trailing "." is required
   on the end of the ip. Using ,'s you can ban multiple nick and or ip's

Examples:
   /ban buddhax bad boy buddha
   /ban 207.195. ban a class B ip range
   /ban 207.195.110. ban a class C ip range
   /ban badboy,badboy2 go away
