Synopsis:
   admin connect <server address> <port> [ remote server]

Description:
   The CONNECT command can be used to establish a link to another server.
   There must be an entry in the servers file on each of the servers for 
   the link to work,  consult the opennap doccumentation for more info.

Examples:
   /admin connect opennap.somewhere.com 8888
