Synopsis:
   mode [channel] [+/-][Invite][Moderated][Private][Topic] 

Description:
   Changes a channels mode to the specified mode. Channel may be specified
   or the current channel is used.
      Invite    - only invited users may join the channel.
      Moderated - Only moderater+ and channels ops may speak.
      Private   - Channel will not appear in a whois.
      Topic     - Any user may change the topic.

Examples:
   /mode Admins +Invite
